Learn the basic skills needed and practice in our outdoor heated swimming pool. You can also join in some fun kayak games.
Closed Cockpit
Closed cockpit kayaks are single person, fast moving crafts. We take groups out and on to the local River Torridge which is quite a sheltered estuary. You will have had an introduction beforehand and will have all the relevant safety equipment. You can get some speed up moving with the tide.
Sit-on-tops
Similar to the single kayaks, except that there is room for two people and you sit on top of the kayak rather than in it. Some people prefer these models as they are easier to climb back into if you fall off.
