From the M5 Southbound

M5 South towards Exeter

Exit at junction 27, follow signs to North Devon , Barnstaple on the A361

Continue to Bideford on the A39

Cross the new high level Bideford bridge

Turn right (roundabout)

Follow A386 signs to Appledore. Continue down the hill and through Appledore along the Quay. Stay on the same road for a further ½ mile leaving Appledore.

Skern Lodge is just before the Watertown sign and opposite Watertown Garage and our drive is clearly marked on the left.

Approach Bideford on A39 (from Bude)

The A39 will take you to Bideford via Bude. At the roundabout just before the high level Torridge Bridge turn left, sign posted Appledore and Westward Ho!.

Follow A386 signs to Appledore. Continue down the hill and through Appledore along the Quay. Stay on the same road for a further ½ mile leaving Appledore.

Skern Lodge is just before the Watertown sign and opposite Watertown Garage and our drive is clearly marked on the left.

Approach Bideford on the A30

Leave the A30 just before Okehampton on to the A386, sign posted Bideford. Follow the road for approximately 50 minutes.

On arriving in Bideford drive straight through keeping the river on your right hand side.

When you reach the roundabout go straight across.

Follow A386 signs to Appledore. Continue down the hill and through Appledore along the Quay. Stay on the same road for a further ½ mile leaving Appledore.
